FWIW, a couple of days ago, another oil rig that was being towed in the gulf capsized and sank. I heard somewhere that Halliburton built the system that was supposed to have shut off the oil flow in the case of a situation such as took place in this gulf incident, but they cut corners in some manner by not providing a normally used additional shut-off fail safe valve.
