Hi,

I'm having trouble updating my remote. http://members.harmonyremote.com/
just tells me I don't have valid remote. 2 days ago I did updates
(firmware too) successfully with the Windows software.

- full output of running the harmony software
$ sudo harmony -t Connectivity.EZHex
Harmony Control 0.13
Copyright 2007 Kevin Timmerman and Phil Dibowitz
This software is distributed under the GPLv3.

Requesting Identity: 100% done
Connecting to members.harmonyremote.com: done
Success!

- model of your remote
Harmony 525
M/N R-IH10
P/N 866156-0100
PID WD627XM

- browser and browser version
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; fi-FI; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080207
Ubuntu/7.10 (gutsy) Firefox/2.0.0.12

After receiving and saving Connectivity.EZHex from
http://members.harmonyremote.com/ I get output of

"
Your remote failed the Connectivity
Check.

This product was previously
identified as defective and replaced
under warranty. It has been disabled
and therefore you will not be able
to continue setting up or using this
remote.

If you have received a replacement
remote please confirm it is
connected and try again.
"

Any ideas?

best regards,
Timo Karhu
