OMG!! IT WORKS!!! You guys are the BEST! I was really confused on how to get it all working at first, I read both the INSTALL and the README. But my problem was after I built it, I could not find the exe. Well last night my Xbox decided to Ring of Death me, so I have some spare time and I found it. It was amazing how easy it was! I really cant be of much help because of my lack of programming knowledge (even though I have an Associate of Computer Programming) but if there is any info about my remote that you would like, let me know. I can give you an output of the cmd window if it will help.
