Mike, the one thing that would be of help is an email detailing what you did - beginning-to-end - to get it built and running in Windows. We get many people like yourself who have had a lot of trouble getting the software compiled and installed on Windows, and unfortunately I know nothing about Windows - so some more details for them would be really helpful. There's a decent change any thing you write will end up in the INSTALL.windows in some form or another (we will of course credit you if that happens), assuming it's helpful to people.
