For IR learning, you have to go to members.harmonyremote.com, go into 
"More Options" for one of your devices, and then "Learn infrared 
commands."  You can pick an existing command, or add a new one.  When you 
do that, it will give you a LearnIR.EzTut file that you can feed into 
concordance.  It will prompt you to press a key on a remote to learn.

I wouldn't recommend it.  I'm pretty sure I didn't implement the firmware 
update for the One.
