Could it be Finland instead of England? The sheath says Finland on it. And to
answer your previous question, Sam, I found it in some of my grandfather's old
things. I don't where he got it from or anything else about it.

I'm not satisfied with what I have so far but I haven't pinned down what needs
to change (except to replace the QAPA with IPA), so comments are very welcome.
