ConnMan is run as root, right? Ah, sorry. Those are actually copies of the original files (I copied them to my desktop machine when preparing the message to the list). The original files are owned by root: # ls -l /var/lib/connman/ drwx------ 2 root root 4096 Mar 29 09:35 ethernet_0024ee0039c1_cable -rw------- 1 root root 143 Mar 28 13:32 settings And connman is run by root too: # ps | grep [c]onnman 523 root 4100 S /usr/sbin/connmand -n -d Sorry for that misleading info.
