Hello Tomasz, As I told we have to use two supplicants, also existing ConnMan doesn't support two Supplicant till now, so we have to find the way to use two Supplicants in ConnMan.

None of both. The best would be to slightly modify ConnMan to be able to configure the frequency you want to work with, depending on the interface (or service). The easiest and quickest way would be to add a specific option for it in the main.conf, wifi plugin will then handle such new entry there. Something like that.
