Hello Patrik, We will modify WPA Supplicant to register them with two different D-Bus, that we have already tested, it is working.

That won't work, ever. Both wpa_supplicant instances will try to register the same name via D-Bus and only one will succeed. So the other wpa_s instance will not be visible to anyone over D-Bus. Including ConnMan.
