We are looking for a highly motivated conservation professional preferably with a specialism in conservation of monuments, stained glass or wall paintings to work as the Conservation Casework Officer in the Cathedral & Church Buildings Division based at Church House, London. Working with the Division's Head of Conservation and the Conservation Grants Administrator, the Officer is responsible for providing expert advice to the Church Buildings Council and its conservation committees, in order to support grant giving and formal advice on permission for conservation works to articles of special historic, architectural, archaeological or artistic interest in our parish churches.
