Contemporary Art and Media (0.2FTE)
 Message:
We are seeking to appoint a part-time Associate Lecturer (Teaching) in the
Conservation of Contemporary Art & Media to cover the maternity leave of a
member of academic staff from 1 January 2026 for 12 months. The position is
offered at 0.2FTE (equivalent to one day per week). This was originally offered
as one 0.6 FTE role but we have decided to split it to a 0.4FTE position which
has been filled and a 0.2FTE position which we are now looking to appoint.

The main focus of this postion is to support student's practical projects in
sculpture and objects conservation in the conservation lab at UCL East at
Stratford East London as part of the MSc Conservation of Contemporary Art and
Media, working closely with the team who together deliver the MSc.

This role would ideally suit an experienced objects conservator who would be
interested in generously sharing their expertise with a new generation of
conservators in a vibrant and creative environment

If you are interested in discussing this position I would love to have a chat,
please contact Pip Laurenson on [email protected] <[email protected]>
