Subject: Transparency in Conservation Reports: A Survey
Message: I am sharing this on behalf of my colleague, Kamaljit Ksh., PhD

Dear colleagues,
A short, anonymous questionnaire is being shared as part of an academic
exploration into documentation practices in art conservation, with a particular
focus on transparency in condition and treatment reporting.
The survey takes approximately 35 minutes to complete and is intended purely
for academic research purposes. There are no right or wrong answers -
professional experiences and perspectives from across the field are greatly
valued.
This study does not seek to judge individual conservators or past treatments.
Conservation is understood as a collective and evolving practice, shaped by
available knowledge, institutional conditions, and us as a caretaker of the
artworks. The purpose of this questionnaire is to reflect on how documentation
influences trust, understanding, and future decision-making in conservation.
Thank you in advance for your time and insights.

Subject: Survey - Conservation Master's Thesis
 Message: Hello,

I'm a French student in last year of a master's degree in
conservation-restauration of cultural heritage at the Paris Panthéon-Sorbonne
University in France.

As part of the last year of the degree, we have to write a thesis on a subject
of our liking. As such, I'm realising a report on the evolution of the
dechlorination methods for iron in the world.

For this, I made a quick survey destined to as many professionals as possible,
which you can find here:

Thank you for your time and answer.

Best regards,
Thomas AMILLARD
