Hi.
The problem here is that your not connecting to the adminstrative interface
(/phpki/ca), but the public interface (/phpki)
Please, report which version of the contrib you have (both phpki and
smeserver-phpki) with the following commands:
rpm -q phpki
rpm -q smeserver-phpki
Also, attach the content of the file /opt/phpki/html/ca/index.php
and the result of
ll /opt/phpki/html/index.php
