This doesn't give me a clue on what's not working. You should read this:

The problem reported in this bug is the Root Certificate not being created
because the initiale setup page isn't accessible. So if you've manage to create
it, that mean you was able to access it.

The bridge-interface contrib has nothing to do with PHPki, nor the problem
reported here. You should open another bug.
