I had a quick look at this, you may need to change this line
| /usr/bin/maildrop ; if [ $? -ne 0 ] ; then exit -1; else exit 99; fi;
this may not let mail past this line
so isn't forwarded
originally, 90local would check the users email settings and forward within
maildrop
http://fisheye1.atlassian.com/browse/~raw,r=1.3/smecontribs/rpms/smeserver-mailsorting/contribs7/smeserver-mailsorting-1.2-removefwd.patch
ie maybe add 90local back as it was
but as 89local so it isn't overwritten
