I am confused what you want me to do:
Originally I deleted 90default in /etc/e-smith/templates-user/.mailfilter and
did NOT touch 90local in /etc/e-smith/templates-user/.qmail.
Not sure which 89 or 90local, maybe you mean 89 or 90default?
