Ok, as you say - looks like an unexpected failure type. I'll need to look at
the code perhaps tomorrow.
Can you email me the extracted log file, or (better) upload it here as an
attachment?
Also - no processing is done to any other log file than those in
/var/log/qpsmtpd.
If you suspect we are missing something, then please open up a new bug.
