No, the service is enabled by default, and the only way to disable it
is either to:
- explicitly disable it via config setprop openvpn-s2s status disabled
- remove and re-install the contrib (the service is disabled on rpm
removal, and not automatically re-enabled if re-installed)
To check the status, just run
db configuration show openvpn-s2s
