Running signal-event post-upgrade; signal-event reboot changes value of the
"Whitelist status" to "Disabled" on the "Email WBL" page. The whitelisting
functionality quits working and whitelisted IPs in the "qpsmtpd whitelisthosts"
hosts are blocked. I'm assuming it breaks all the whitelists shown the page,
but I haven't tested.
The workaround is go back the page, change the status back to "Active", and
then click on Save.
For troubleshooting purposes, I tried just doing a signal-event reboot with the
status set to "Active". The status did not change and it remained active after
the reboot.
