I see two way of working on this :
1- document in the wiki : as long as webmail is enabled at reboot or any other
event imap will be automatically enabled.
2- disable also webmail when disabling imap from sem8admin.
the purpose of these switchs is to allow any advanced user to control the
services they want, without logging to command line. So I would go for two ...
