I think this should be enough. Again, Only alternative I would do is to also
disable webmail, or trigger an alert.
bug 7676 does not state disabled, but enabled with access to localhost.
I understand that new feature to avoid user to access IMAP on local network and
keep webmail functional, but the purpose of sme8admin is to allow advanced
control on services. If I change this here, the admin will still be able to do
the same on CLI.
