they should be added, and alos change the info about the db as I changed them :
previous db key only set yes or no  and did not had any properties.

mandatory to launche by hand.if not your existing users won'T have any folder
and initial setup of httpd.conf won'T occurs.

I do not want this to be done at rpm level as I want that administrator be
aware of what they do.

will add the thing at the correct events in the next release. this should be
automatic.
