There are no such file in this path.
For the error : /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/esmith/cgi5.pm line 133
It looks like it is looking for some telnet setting in the config DB.... sound
strange to me...
Try again in another machine, clear install 8.1 problem still there, can not
create the password with user-manager.
If I use the Server-manager page to do so, it is OK and works fine, but once if
I assign the right to a super User which I would like him to create User for
me, it don't work. thouth I can assign the User creation page to this A/C, it
is not secure as it can then change the settings for "admin".....
