Hi Paul
I have tested in a sme8 32 bit and effectively you can find these links
[root@sme8dev ~]# ll /usr/lib/cracklib_dict*
/usr/lib/cracklib_dict.hwm -> ../../usr/share/cracklib/pw_dict.hwm
/usr/lib/cracklib_dict.pwd -> ../../usr/share/cracklib/pw_dict.pwd
/usr/lib/cracklib_dict.pwi -> ../../usr/share/cracklib/pw_dict.pwi
even in strong format I do not have problem because these links exist.
