You answer give me some hints !!
At Last found the problem !!
If I set the password strength value of "user" to "Strong" you can not create
the password.
If I set the password strength value of "user" to "Normal" it is not working
fine.
The problem is on the missing "/usr/lib/cracklib_dict.pwd".... sure that it is
a bug.
how can we fix it.... install the lib. back ??
