When updating I experienced strange things through existing archives and log
files. Try to remove existing archives and logs. I bet the issue is related
with country specific formats of size information, e.g. "226,763,403,658"
instead of "226.763.403.658" in files existing from earlier installations.
When moving from one Affa version to the other one, these formats may have
changed. The maintainer of Affa 3 for SME has worked exactly on this subject,
see down below.
If required I could occasionally explain my experience directly to you. We
probably both live in close vicinity of the same German Landeshauptstadt in the
southwest ;-)
