On an up-to-date installation of SME 9.0, I installed smeserver-phpki following
http://wiki.contribs.org/PHPki. The panel appears as expected in the
server-manager, requesting the information for the initial CA setup. When I
fill out and submit the form, I receive the following error page:
Not Found
The requested URL /phpki/method=post was not found on this server.
