PHPki probably uses some obsolete directive to manage redirection. It'd need
some attention, unfortunately, it's not maintained upstream anymore.
There's a few forks on github which I should take a look at. For example
https://github.com/radicand/phpki where it states:
With PHP 5, make sure register_long_arrays in turn on in php.ini or .htaccess.
Otherwise, you may get an error similar to "method=post was not found on this
se rver.
Could you try to alter /etc/httpd/pki-conf/httpd.conf adding this setting pls ?
