Hmmm, this is getting frustrating. I need a newer version of PHP for Owncloud
and Joomla, but it's breaking more and more things. It might be time to look
into reverting to the stock 5.3.x PHP version and use software collections for
the places I need the newer version for.
Anyway, to your question. I don't see anything in messages when I click the
submit button, or for that matter when I load the page to begin with.
/var/log/httpd/pki_error_log shows:

This is confusing, as the setup.php-presetup file seems relatively
straightforward in this regard. I'm no guru on html forms, but the syntax
looks appropriate--but something in PHP 5.5 vs. 5.3 seems to be breaking it.
