by experience I have learnt that it is more efficient to have one bug per
topic, like this you know what you are talking.
so yes please split bugs
for the translation, I do not know how it works, I will try to be granted to a
french translator, please ask the same on your side (do a bug, I would be a
german translator). Even if it don't work yet for sme9 we could test in the
sme8 side
Some time traductors remove html string in traduction, it is maybe what it
occured.
for the C, i guess that we need to solve the translation bug first, but I must
admit I have not looked the code
