Marco, I have updated as suggested (see the other bugs for further issues on

This bug ONLY concerns two points.

One is the superflous '\n' that do not render correctly. As per
https://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9217#c2 this is just code tidying and
not fatal.

The second part regarding the "500 Internal Error" is more serious.

As explained, when you install your contrib it sets the networks DB to 0644

However, if you then access / modify say the Local Networks page in your server
and then save, the server-manager changes the networks DB back to 0640 and you
then get the 500 error.

Something in your contrib needs to be modified - I am not sure why your code
cannot read the networks DB with 0640 permissions. I presume an issue with
apache or the perl cgi ?
