Please some history of your server
what is installed on it
does it is installed from a backup of sme8
does it is a brand new server or you have started to play with
do you have other software installed on your server
signal-event phpmyadmin-update
signal-event roundcube-update
signal-event sme9admin-update
what are the output of these signal-event.
from what I saw in the event you have some issues with
- memcached (I believe ?)
- httpd-e-smith which hangs
you best bet is to look in other log
/var/log/httpd/error-log
/var/log/sogo/sogo.log (try to catch somethings with memcached)
