ok.. let's identify what are we talking about..
it's something related to smeserver-wbl? if so, are we sure that we don't need
to restart any service?
if we change something on WBL regarding spamassassin, I guess we have to
restart/signal it, am I right?
this should be part of smeserver-WBL and smeserver-WBL should be part of the
core, really..
any idea?
