ok.. I'd search before posting..
there's no way to make clamd re-read config file but restarting it
from its man page:
Signals
Clamd recognizes the following signals:
SIGHUP
Reopen the logfile.
SIGUSR2
Reload the signature databases.
SIGTERM
Perform a clean exit.
if you search the web for "clamd reload config" you'll find many people asking
the same thing and get the same answer...
back in topic, wbl contrib doesn't impact on clamd, so IMO it can have a
separated event that do what I wrote in comment 6
