includeibay now works as expected.
scanning time is much improved.
observation. Adding a new sharedfolder from the sme admin gui took ~2 minutes
to create the folder, the next screen asked for folder permissions and also
took ~2 minutes to complete. It is rarely done however if a user has multiple
nextcloud ibays in their config this could take noticeably longer to complete.
May need a note in the wiki for admins to be aware of this.
