Thanks for letting us know.
Can you give is a hand... first thing is can you confirm once installed if you
see notifications in the qpmstpd logs that the new version is being used?
In the meantime I'll see if I can track down the issue with the mailstat script
and speak to Brian (you can note your findings on the other bug for him to see)
