added both php72 and 73 (which is still alpha)
added the translation for php7*, while I am not sure the need to have it
translated...
warning mcrypt is not shipped anymore with php since php72. With php72 you have
a pecl rpm available in remi safe repo
with php73 this is not available in remi safe repo, but there is a rpm in the
non safe repo "remi". I have chosen for the moment not to make the rpm to
install it, so if you need you will have to pull it from the non safe repo.
ALternatively I could copy it on our infra and make the contrib pull it on
install...
you can decide on this.
please test extensively and report, I have just test it quickly so I see all
menu are present..
