Have you tried clearing the browser cache before logging in? I've found that on
our main server I can't log in to SME from either Firefox or Chrome unless I
first clear the browser cache. Once I do that I can log in just fine. I don't
know what SME stores in the browser that prevents log in unless the cache is
cleared. I suppose this should be posted as another bug but I haven't bothered
to do so.
