--- Comment #11 from Brian Read <bri...@bjsystems.co.uk> ---
Ok, yes you are right - re-booting the desktop means I can now log into
Server-Manager. Strange I have been doing this for 15 years and it fails this
time?

However I do not have php72 and php73 in the options on the PHP-SCL Version.
Just "Disabled"->"PHP71".

I suspect I have not installed all the php72 and 73 RPMs that are needed.

I did

yum install php72

[root@bjsserver ~]# rpm -qa | grep php72
php72-runtime-1.0-1.el6.remi.x86_64
php72-php-cli-7.2.9-1.el6.remi.x86_64
php72-php-common-7.2.9-1.el6.remi.x86_64
php72-1.0-1.el6.remi.x86_64
php72-php-json-7.2.9-1.el6.remi.x86_64
php72-php-7.2.9-1.el6.remi.x86_64
[root@bjsserver ~]#

config show php72 shows nothing.

and

[root@bjsserver ~]# rpm -qa | grep scl
radiusclient-ng-0.5.6-5.el6.rf.x86_64
smeserver-php-scl-0.4-17.el6.sme.noarch
scl-utils-20120927-29.el6_9.x86_64
[root@bjsserver ~]#

ok, I see what has happened - this bug relates to
smeserver-php-scl-0_4-19_el6_sme

I saw an update through smecontribs to the scl rpm and ASSUMED it was the
php72/73 updates when it clearly was not.

Sorry to have bothered you all!!
