Updated patch file
The earlier version didn't patch correctly.
I have kludged it altogether and made this one.
Brian, can you check it is OK and make sure I left nothing out?
Seems to patch cleanly and build on my buildbox now.
Let me know and I can push it to buildsys for a test build.
