No, it is the perfect place.
We originally imported Libreswan to our repos, but after I found they had el6
rpms prebuilt in their own repo I have used those.
So... add the repo as per my opening comment here or ,y wiki page
Then
yum --enablerepo=smesontribs.libreswan install smeserver-libreswan
I need to add Libre to the extrarepositories for here:
https://wiki.contribs.org/Extrarepositories
