No probs.
We use it all day everyday and have for a number of years.
You shouldn't need to uninstall.
You have two choices for installing.
Test the 'Extrarepo' rpm to see if it correctly adds the Librerepo (this bug)
yum --enabelrepo=smedev install smeserver-extrarepositories-libreswan
Or manually add the libre repo as above.
Then just enable it and update - you should get libre 3.27 I think - I'm
running at about 3.25 currently - just not round to updating.
