easy way? no - not particularly.
All I can think of would be to break up the "smeserver-php-scl"
- smeserver-php-scl would include the SME-specific scripts, panels, and db
settings
- smeserver-php73 (for example) would simply have the default set of php73
modules as dependencies
When done, installing php73 support would look like:
yum --enablerepo=smecontribs install smeserver-php-scl smeserver-php73
Selecting any not-yet-installed version of php in server-manager would prompt
the user to install the missing secondary package (eg smeserver-php72)
It's easy for me to say this since I know next to nothing about maintaining
rpms or customizing server-manager panel actions.
I trust your sense that this would be more work that it is worth. I will not
fight a "wontfix" status.
