Can you do proper diffs please? It is easier if we want to patch. If you need a
hand on how to do it then ask, though there is plenty on the Wiki.
If you want it in core it'll really have to work with server manager.
Note - people are working slowly on a new server manager. You can join the
discussion at our Rocket Chat instance - just ask me for a login.
It may be they can help you work on a modification to the panel as well.
