Updates creatlinks to create update action for the rpm, and starting bandwidthd
daemon in there (although not using 49-koozali.preset yet).
Page on Server-manager shows header, but disp[lays:
DB Error, could not connect to database
Will build on buildsys in case someone else is able to look at this.
