--- Comment #14 from Brian Read <[email protected]> ---
bandwidthd does not start after systemd startup:

[root@sme10 ~]# signal-event smeserver-bandwidthd-update
[root@sme10 ~]# grep bandwidth /etc/systemd/system-preset/49-koozali.preset
disable         bandwidthd.service
[root@sme10 ~]# db configuration show bandwidthd
bandwidthd=service
    DbName=bandwidthd
    DbPassword=NDU1NjIxOTc0ODQ5MjQw
    DbUser=bandwidthd
    Name=bandwidthd
    status=enabled
    webaccess=private
[root@sme10 ~]# expand-template /etc/systemd/system-preset/49-koozali.preset
[root@sme10 ~]# grep bandwidth /etc/systemd/system-preset/49-koozali.preset
disable         bandwidthd.service
[root@sme10 ~]#

aha!! "bandwidthd" is still in /etc/init.d.

The bandwidthd rpm drops it in there.
