Maybe there should be a %post script in yaboot to check

Yep, my bad.  I'll do that.
Good stuff. Will make things good for upgrades.

That having been said, aside from aspell not being the latest version, everything worked good with my refresh (approx 170 pkgs I think). I had to do it manually, in stages due to the deps, but otherwise it all went well. =)
