Maybe there should be a %post script in yaboot to check
/etc/yaboot.conf to make sure that install= and magicboot= are pointing
to the correct directory. And do some perl magic if they aren't.
Yep, my bad. I'll do that.
That having been said, aside from aspell not being the latest version, everything worked good with my refresh (approx 170 pkgs I think). I had to do it manually, in stages due to the deps, but otherwise it all went well. =)
