make up your USA list an supply it...
As I just posted I think one should be able to see after selecting
keyboard/language-country for the timezone to be selected either ALL the zones
for the country selected or ALL the zones.
The best way is probably just to take and adjust the MS list as most
people have agreed to it and one isnt going to hit unexpected
sensitive toes...

On the other hand, 4 italians would probably never agree on what
timezone they are in let alone which to install (g).
