'French (Canada)' => 'Canada/Eastern'
'English (Canada)' => 'Canada/Eastern'
The right setting is Canada/Eastern. That covers 90% of the target. Our Capital,
Ottawa is in the middle of that timezone.
For USA, we should take the timezone of Washington DC. For most countries, the
timezone is named by the Capital, so why not follow that pattern?
'English (USA)' => 'USA/Eastern'
