Hmm perhaps you forgot to ttmkfdir? according to md5 it's the same file
shiped with windows. I copyed over it anyway, then remebered it's a vfat
drive so deleted it moved it to /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/ttfonts so it was
uppercase and ttmkfdir..
